Advocacy!

As someone diagnosed with severe mental health disorders and debilitated by them, i am a heavy advocate for mental health and skill work.
I am very open about mental health, statistics and treatments such as DBT, which is a therapy created by marsha linehan to teach patients emotional regulation skills, distress tolerance skills, interpersonal skills and mindfulness skills.

As someone with bpd finding the correct treatment can be very hard and we are often seen as treatment resistant by even mental health professionals, i found doing DBT for over a year to be very beneficial, ands so i often educate on skills to help others.
